Production capabilities of soft drink tanks

Our products are various tanks and apparatuses for the step-by-step production of soft drinks. The main tasks for which it is designed are as follows:

• storage, preparation, fermentation, extraction of products;
• washing of fruits, vegetables, berries and other solid components;
• processing of water, juices, co-products, yeast;
• operative mechanical mixing of components, continuous equalization, preparation of blends;
• thermal processing of liquids;
• syrup boiling;
• cleaning and disinfection of apparatuses and entire systems.

Equipment is designed and built to handle materials in a wide range of operating pressures, from atmospheric to high pressure. If required, tanks and mechanization are equipped with thermal insulation and electric heating system.

Parameters of soft drink tanks

All installations are conventionally divided into main and auxiliary, but each of them we do responsibly. As a result, the client gets the production of high-quality beverages at low cost and with minimal loss of valuable materials.

Our team manufactures tank equipment in accordance with all the required characteristics in terms of geometry, size, functionality and configuration. The main constructional material is stainless steel.

They have both mechanical strength and chemical resistance to food products. They are non-corrosive and do not change structure of water and liquids in contact with it. Stainless steel tanks work well with hot and cold water, solutions – at all temperatures and pressures.

They are of cylindrical, spherical and conical design with one or two walls, flat or spherical bottoms. They are equipped with shut-off valves, gauges and supports (often with the possibility of height correction).
