Laser cutting is the most modern way to create blanks and cutting sheet metal. It provides an enormous number of options for the finished product: from blanks with simple geometric shapes to cut out complex openings in already finished volumetric parts.
The capabilities of this method guarantee the receipt of unique and complex parts, cutting blanks in single and serial quantities at low cost.
The essence of the process: piercing through the entire thickness of the metal sheet with a laser beam with a fairly small thermal effect on the base material (unlike gas cutting). For this purpose the sheet is placed on a special base, the process proceeds in automatic mode.
Technical equipment: a source of laser radiation of certain power, cooling system, positioning system, servo drives and auxiliary systems. All this ensures the creation of parts with high quality edges – without significant defects and inaccuracies. Roughness of the cut allows you to do without additional mechanical processing.

The main advantage is economical: the laser method provides a high quantity of parts per unit time at a low cost. Additional cutting, die cutting or milling is not required. Laser provides high efficiency of parts – while plasma and gas-flame methods give worse results.
The technology allows straight and curved cutting of closed profiles of different cross-sections – in some cases this is not possible using other methods.
Very accurate geometrically and strong mechanically welds that have a pleasant appearance and often do not need post-processing.
